Welcome to TT Aquarium & Pets. By accessing our website, purchasing any product, or using any service provided by TT Aquarium & Pets, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
Live Animals
• All live animals are sold as-is and are final sale.
• We do not guarantee temperament, behavior, lifespan, future health, or adaptability after purchase.
• Once a live animal leaves our premises, all responsibility transfers to the customer.
Care & Grooming Services
• Grooming services, including but not limited to wing trimming, nail trimming, and beak care, are performed professionally and with animal welfare as the priority.
• By consenting to these services, the customer acknowledges that:
• Animals may experience stress or behavioral changes.
• Results depend on the animal’s individual condition and temperament.
• No refunds, exchanges, or compensation will be provided once a service has been performed.
Risk Acknowledgement
• The customer understands that improper handling, home grooming attempts, or failure to follow professional advice may result in injury, stress, or long-term behavioral issues.
• TT Aquarium & Pets is not responsible for any injury, illness, escape, or death occurring after the animal or service leaves our care, except where required by law.
Limitation of Liability
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, TT Aquarium & Pets shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
No Chargebacks or Disputes
• By completing a purchase or service, the customer agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for live animals or completed services.
Changes to Terms
• These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
