Refund Policy

Effective Date: 2026.01.01

At TT Aquarium & Pets, all sales are subject to the following refund policy.

Live Animals — NO REFUNDS

​    •    All live animals are final sale.
   •    We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for live animals under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
   •    Change of mind
   •    Compatibility issues
   •    Behavioral concerns
   •    Illness or injury occurring after leaving our care
   •    Once a live animal leaves our premises, full responsibility transfers to the customer.

Care & Grooming Services — NO REFUNDS

    •    All grooming and care services (including wing trimming, nail trimming, beak care, and consultations) are non-refundable once performed.
   •    By booking and receiving a service, the customer acknowledges the inherent risks associated with handling live animals.
   •    No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with results or changes in the animal’s behavior.

Supplies & Accessories

    •    Non-living products may be eligible for refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase if:
   •    The item is unused
   •    In original packaging
   •    With proof of purchase
   •    Opened, used, or damaged items are not eligible for refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:
   •    Live animals
   •    Grooming and care services
   •    Custom or special-order items
   •    Gift cards
   •    Clearance or sale items

Chargebacks & Disputes

    •    By completing a purchase or service, the customer agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for non-refundable items.
   •    Unauthorized chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.

Final Decision

    •    All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of TT Aquarium & Pets, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
