We currently ship live birds within Canada only. International shipping is not available.

Shipping Outside Toronto

For customers outside the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), birds are shipped through WestJet Cargo Live Animal service.

Shipping costs must be confirmed with the airline and destination airport, as prices may vary depending on the route and flight availability.

Additional costs include:

• Airline cargo fee charged by WestJet

• Travel crate required for live animal transport

• Packing and preparation fee: $50–$100 depending on bird size and crate requirements

The final shipping cost will be confirmed before shipment.

Toronto Local Delivery

Local delivery within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) may be available.

Delivery is completed personally by car and must be scheduled in advance.

Delivery fee:

• $50 base delivery fee

• $1 per km based on driving distance

Minimum delivery fee: $60

Final delivery fee will be confirmed before scheduling.

Important Notes

• Shipping availability may be affected by weather conditions or airline regulations.

• Customers must be able to pick up the bird from the destination airport cargo facility.

• All live animal transport follows airline live animal shipping regulations.

At TT Aquarium & Pets, all sales are subject to the following refund policy.

Live Animals — NO REFUNDS

​    •    All live animals are final sale.   •    We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for live animals under any circumstances, including but not limited to:   •    Change of mind   •    Compatibility issues   •    Behavioral concerns   •    Illness or injury occurring after leaving our care   •    Once a live animal leaves our premises, full responsibility transfers to the customer.

Care & Grooming Services — NO REFUNDS

    •    All grooming and care services (including wing trimming, nail trimming, beak care, and consultations) are non-refundable once performed.   •    By booking and receiving a service, the customer acknowledges the inherent risks associated with handling live animals.   •    No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with results or changes in the animal’s behavior.

Supplies & Accessories

    •    Non-living products may be eligible for refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase if:   •    The item is unused   •    In original packaging   •    With proof of purchase   •    Opened, used, or damaged items are not eligible for refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:   •    Live animals   •    Grooming and care services   •    Custom or special-order items   •    Gift cards   •    Clearance or sale items

Chargebacks & Disputes

    •    By completing a purchase or service, the customer agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for non-refundable items.   •    Unauthorized chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.

Final Decision

    •    All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of TT Aquarium & Pets, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
